A form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates that improves core stability through muscle retraining, lateral breathing, good biomechanics and alignment, body awareness and co-ordination. 

Mat Classes, Small Group sessions and Private sessions are a great way to unwind and improve balance, posture, strength, flexibility, tone and vitality.  Pilates is often used in physiotherapy to retrain poor muscle recruitment patterns and dysfunctional movement habits, aiding optimal injury recovery time and preventing recurrence.
